Feeling the SADs? Same. Let’s move through it instead of around it. This 4-part class series is for acknowledging what you’re feeling and encouraging a deep and restful sleep to start the new week. 60-minutes of gentle movement, juicy stretches, and self cuddles followed by 15-minutes of guided journaling.
These classes are open to movers and feelers of all experience levels.

What you’ll need:
a yoga mat or carpet
comfy clothes
pillows + a blanket
candle
journal + pen
Music for these classes will be played internally and will not be recorded (playback unavailable).
